How to Treat Acne so it Doesn't Get Worse

Acne can be caused by different reasons, but here are some tips on how to prevent it gets worse.

Wash your face at least 2 times a day.
Try to wash your face at least 2 times a day. This helps the bacteria, sweat or dirt get out of your face and not accumulate. Cleansing is a great option for your acne, using gentle scrubs is good too. But remember to use scrubs as gently as possible and try to use them mostly for blackheads and not for pimples. Pimples are very sensible and rubbings scrubs over them can make them worse, bigger and make it longer and harder for them to disappear. That is way cleansing is a better option when it comes to pimples or redheads. It is also extremely important to wash your face after exercising. When you are are exercising your body is sweating a lot so your face becomes really oily so it is really important to wash your face and get the sweat out. After doing exercise you cant wash your face with a good soap for acne or an oil-free cleanser. If you wear make up, remember to get all the make-up out before bed, especially if you have been wearing it all day long. There are some make-up removing wipes that are made for treating acne as well, but try to get some make-up removing wipes that don't have a strong fragrance because that may be quite bad for your acne! After removing the make-up out you may want to cleanse your face. Try to cleanse your face every night before going to sleep!

Don not poke your pimples!!!
You might have heard this before, but it is really bad to poke your pimples or redheads!  First of all: it can take a lot longer for it to get better and it can get really irritated! Second of all: if you keep poking them, when they finally disappear a scar will still be there! The sad thing is that the mark or scar will stay there for a great amount of time and it might be really noticeable.

Don't touch your face too much.
Your hands are sometimes the place on your body with most germs! So, when we touch our face, we are leaving germs and bacteria in it! This is also another reason why you shouldn't poke your pimples too. Acne is created mostly of bacteria and by touching our face we are increasing the amount of bacteria on our face. We should wash our hands as much a s possible to prevent this. Washing your hands constantly can also help prevent us from getting sick.

Use acne-friendly products.
If you normally use face products such as moisturizers or make up and you have acne prone skin, you can still use acne friendly versions or this products! When buying for a moisturizer or foundation try looking for an oil-free one, this helps controlling the oil on your face. Also, even thought this isn't exactly for acne but getting a product with SPF or sunscreen can really help prevent sun burns when using make-up.

Thank you very much for reading and I really hope this has helped you with your acne! If you have any questions about anything, feel free to ask on the comments bellow! :)

3 Healthy and Easy Ways to Get Healthy and Bautiful Hair!

There are so many ways of having pretty and healthy hair! Here are some super easy and healthy ways to get that beautiful hair you want!

#1 Nutritious Food
Did you know that dark green vegetables and fruits is good for your hair? Some of the vegetables are: spinach, broccoli, avocado, ext. This vegetables are rich in vitamin C which is great for your hair and scalp! Not in love with these vegetables? No problem! You can always have them in salad with other foods! or put dressing over them to cover the flavor a little bit. When it comes to salads you can always get some spinach with walnut oil (which is also great for your hair) and almonds. You can even add strawberries or blueberries too. Also using a little bit of avocado or coconut oil every time you wash hair can help on smooth it and a little bit shinier. Eating walnuts is also very good for your hair too! They are rich in vitamin E and they have copper which helps you on keeping your natural hair color lustrous.

#2 Cold Water
Washing your hair with cold water helps on getting it shinier! But if you don't like to feel so cold all that water all the time, you can still find a way of washing it with the cold water. When getting your hair wet you can use the water on the temperature that you normally use. Then after using the shampoo and rinsing it off, go ahead and put the water a little bit more colder. I really recommend using hair conditioner if you are not using it and leave it on for at least 3 to 4 minutes depending on the hair conditioner directions. When rinsing the conditioner off turn the water a little bit more colder and colder. A tip is to let only your hair on the water so you don't get too cold.

#3 Be Careful With Hot Tools!
Try not to use curling irons/straighteners too much! Even thought this tools make or hair look more prettier, they are not always so good for our hair. This tools use heat to shape our hair which is getting our hair hot or really warm. And using this tools too much can be really bad for our hair because we can burn it! But if for some reason you still have to use these, don't forget to apply a heat protector before styling your hair with hot tools! Using heat protector is really important when you are using hot tools to style your hair. Try using a heat protector that can be used at the ends as well! Also, I talked earlier that using oils in your hair can be really good for it. But try to only use them when washing your hair and not before using any hot styling tool. If your hair is already dry and it has oils on it before straightening it or using a curling iron can be quite bad for your hair because you can accidentally 'fry your hair.' This happens because of the oil that is on your hair gets really hot and can damage your hair really bad and even get burned and falling off. So try to not use oils before styling your hair with hot tools!!!

So I really hope you find this useful and try these healthy and easy thing to get healthy and pretty hair! Thank  you very much for reading!
